Attorney at law Edo Kavalič is the founder of the law firm with many years of experience in the field of commercial and civil law.
In his work, he counsels foreign and Slovenian companies, especially in the field of commercial law, competition law, insolvency proceedings and labour law.
His experiences in the legal profession encompass a broad spectrum of issues faced by companies on the market. He is especially active in the field of regulation of distribution relations, including direct sale relations, counselling on and regulation of corporative relations in acquisitions and mergers, and negotiation between social partners. He provides active counsel also in the field of new technologies and intellectual property law, including initial coin offers (ICO) and blockchain technologies.
As an experienced defence counsel, he has counselled and represented financial institutions in insolvency procedures, led clients in litigations in the field of damage liability of the management and other litigation and arbitration proceedings before the civil court, the labour court and the ICC.
In his work as a lawyer, Edo Kavalič is active also on foreign markets, cooperating with a number of leading legal experts from abroad, especially in the field of compensation and labour law, blockchain technology and direct sales.

Attorney at Law
Attorney at law Klara Marin is active in the field of labor law, civil law, executive and insolvency law and intellectual property law. In her work, she counsels foreign and Slovenian clients, particularly regarding employment relationships, and representing clients in disputes before courts and other state entities. She is active in resolving disputes arising from insolvency procedures as well as disputes in the field of corporate law and intellectual property. She has experience in the registration of trademarks and models. In her work she actively uses English and Croatian and passively German and Italian.
She began her career in law as a student during her student internship. She graduated ‘cum laude’ from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in September 2017 and completed her study path with a master's degree in commercial and labor law. The same year, she was employed as an attorney trainee at the Kavalič law office, where she worked in the field of labor law, civil law and executive and insolvency law. She further gained experience as a judicial trainee at the Court of Second Instance in Ljubljana, where she worked in the field of civil law and in the field of criminal law at the District Court in Ljubljana. In July 2020, she successfully passed the State bar exam. In 2022 she passed the proficiency examination at the Slovenian Bar Association and entered as attorney at law.

Tanja Rehar received her master's degree in cum laude from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana in 2021. She works in the field of migration, civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal law. During her studies, she also gained experience in various legal clinics, as part of which she practiced asylum law at the Asylum centre in Ljubljana and non-discrimination law at the Advocate of the Principle of Equality. She actively and passively uses English and Croatian language.
Laura Tratnik graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in September 2020, where she is currently enrolled in the 1st year of the master's program. She works in the field of civil, labour, administrative and executive law. In her work, she actively uses English and French.
