His experiences in the legal profession encompass a broad spectrum of issues faced by companies on the market. He is especially active in the field of regulation of distribution relations, including direct sale relations, counselling on and regulation of corporative relations in acquisitions and mergers, and negotiation between social partners. He provides active counsel also in the field of new technologies and intellectual property law, including initial coin offers (ICO) and blockchain technologies.
As an experienced defence counsel, he has counselled and represented financial institutions in insolvency procedures, led clients in litigations in the field of damage liability of the management and other litigation and arbitration proceedings before the civil court, the labour court and the ICC.
In his work as a lawyer, Edo Kavalič is active also on foreign markets, cooperating with a number of leading legal experts from abroad, especially in the field of compensation and labour law, blockchain technology and direct sales.
