Attorney at law Edo Kavalič is the founder of the law firm with many years of experience in the field of commercial and civil law. In his work, he counsels foreign and Slovenian companies, especially in the field of commercial law, competition law, insolvency proceedings and labour law.

His experiences in the legal profession encompass a broad spectrum of issues faced by companies on the market. He is especially active in the field of regulation of distribution relations, including direct sale relations, counselling on and regulation of corporative relations in acquisitions and mergers, and negotiation between social partners. Attorney at law Klara Marin is active in the field of labor law, civil law, executive and insolvency law and intellectual property law. The same year, she was employed as an attorney trainee at the Kavalič law office, where she worked in the field of labor law, civil law and executive and insolvency law. She further gained experience as a judicial trainee at the Court of Second Instance in Ljubljana, where she worked in the field of civil law and in the field of criminal law at the District Court in Ljubljana. In July 2020, she successfully passed the State bar exam.

In 2022 she passed the proficiency examination at the Slovenian Bar Association and entered as attorney at law.

Following her graduation, she began her legal career as a trainee attorney at the law firm Čeferin, Pogačnik, Novak, Koščak and Partners, where she focused on labor law, civil law, administrative law, enforcement and insolvency law, as well as intellectual property rights.

Her experience was further enriched through her internship as a judicial trainee at the High Court in Ljubljana, where she specialized in civil law at the District Court and gained insights into criminal law at the same court.

In 2024, Špela successfully passed the state law exam and subsequently found her place in the Kavalič law firm team as a candidate attorney.
